台北を拠点とし、AI開発企業として世界を牽引するGorilla Technology Group Inc.(以下 Gorilla社)は、元々の社名であるGorilla Technology Group Inc.を維持しつつ、米国上場企業であるGlobal SPAC Partners Co.(以下 Global SPAC社)と企業合併契約を締結し、ナスダック市場にティッカーシンボル「GRRR」で上場する予定であることを発表しました。この契約により、Gorilla社は少なくとも7億米ドルの価値を持つとされています。この度の事業合併は、12月22日の東部標準時午前1時37分にニューヨークで正式に発表されるとともに、契約の詳細が米国証券取引委員会に提出されました。

Gorilla社の台湾域内にある2つの子会社、Gorilla Technology(AIベースのビデオビッグデータ分析)およびNSGUARD TECHNOLOGY(AIベースのIT・OTセキュリティビッグデータ分析)は、異なる領域で独自の専門性を持ち、100%自社開発のAIプラットフォーム、異なる分野に向けたAI解析製品の開発を手掛けています。両社は相互補完的連携により、全製品ラインを掲げて世界へと参入します。
